The coverage of COVID-19 vaccination for residents with Personal IDs in Karangasem Regency has reached 106.5 percent, the highest in Bali. However, the vaccination coverage for people of older age (elderly) in Karangasem is not as high as other target groups, even though it has exceeded the national achievement. Limited accessibility to vaccine services and information about vaccination among the elderly, especially those with low socioeconomic status, present a unique challenge.
